You know, the other day I was a little bit early at the bank and I stood in the que waiting for the doors to open.

Next to me in the que was a lady in her mid youthful years if you catch my drift and she was going on about waiting for the bank to open because it was already three minutes over the time that the bank should have opened.

I mean really, is it that big a deal to wait five minutes longer before the door open. By stressing about that extra five minutes you sent off chemicals in your body that take hours to get out of your system. Chemicals that have a negative impact on your body that cause an imbalance in your body leading to all kinds of issues.

Think how you would feel if somebody continue to run you down and tell you negative things. Why do this to yourself if you do not want other people to do that to you?

This lady most probably shorten her life by 5 years with in that 3 to 5 min period.

I said to the person next to me something loud enough for her to hear but she was so taken up in her little "thing" that it did not really get through because of this huge self created barrier that she has put up in her mind.

The majority of people go through life without knowing themselves because their entire life was about insignificant things that really does not matter. It is ordinary things that people experience and do from day to day, similar like the sun coming up in the morning and setting in the afternoon.
