Five Tips To Building a successful MLM business Part 1

Most "MLM Business" Marketers today don't have a clue about
Marketing their Business, in these modern times. Time has
changed and has changed the way we use to Market our MLM
Businesses.

Are you still using that company old replicated web site that
every other member has the same? Are you still chasing after
people begging them to join your Business opportunity? Are you
still making those 100 phone calls a day? I can go on asking
questions!

That was the old time way of doing business. It was good during
that period, but those techniques does not work any longer in
this modern time.

What you did not realize in the past is; with this old system,
you don't own a "MLM Business". You may believe that you own a
"MLM Business". But in reality you are building the company Business
and not yours.

Each lead you generate, each team member you sponsor is on the
company auto responder and belong to the company. Not You! So
when the company happens to go out of Business, as is happening
daily, where is your "MLM Business"? There is no way for you to make
contact with your leads or team members.

True Story!

We had a live prospecting webinar last night Thursday, teaching
our Team, how to make contact with their leads and how to close.
The Moderator made a few calls, but there are two that stand out
most in my mind.

The first guy we made contact with, (let's call him "Big John"
for identity) was so happy he received that call, he went on
talking about how many companies he joined. when one did not
work, he went on to the other and is now in a $100.000.00 debt.
He said his wife ask him to file for Bankruptcy, but he is a man
of integrity and is going to pay back every cent.

He said when he came across the Moderator web site, he knew this
was the real deal, and sign-up as a lead. The reason he did join
immediately is because his Wife had the Credit cards, but he
will join soon because he can see the value in the system.

What my friend "big John" above was doing, is throwing money
down the drain, trying to build someone else business, without
suspecting it. This is one of the reasons 97% of "MLM Business"
Marketers fail. Trying to use the old techniques!

The other guy we made contact with, is more professional. He has
a "Limo" Business among others. When the Moderator made contact
with him, he too started out explaining his disappointment.

He said he was with a company and doing well, but he was notified
recently that the company is, no longer running a mlm program, and
it will be discontinued on the 15th.Feb 2010

This is what happens when you don't own your own business!

All the money, the sweat, the labor he has put into this
business, depending on his residual income, has now gone down
the drain.

So now that you have this information, what are you going to do?
Are you going to keep travelling on the same road? I doubt you
