Are MLM Network Marketing Uplines Truthful?

I have found that network marketers are guided by their MLM upline leaders because they see how successful they are. If you have a Network marketing upline to begin with that is working with you then your fine. Or are you? Just because your upline is successful building their business, doesn't mean it will work for you as well. This is the trap that many network marketers get them self into. Many network marketing uplines are teaching what works for them. Then they teach it to their downline. But many of them will not see success building their MLM like their network marketing uplines. So what seems to be the challenge?

Most upline MLM coaches are being truthful with their downline when it comes to assisting them in building their network marketing business. It's not that their not truthful, their just teaching you what works for them. So the downline goes out and tries to duplicate their success and many fail because if it. This is because network marketers take their uplines advice as gospel. Downline members will go out and build their business the same as their downline over and over again whether they are seeing success or not. Now if your seeing success then keep moving forward but if your not then its time to take ownership of your MLM business. Network marketing uplines are just mentors and guides for their team. But if what they teach is not working for you then it's time to take on a leadership position and research how other successful network marketers are building their business.

Their are many more effective ways to build your MLM network marketing business then just the ways your upline is teaching you. I think many downline members feel obligated to their upline because of all the guidance they receive from them. If that sounds like you then this will be your downfall in network marketing. I suggest that you do what ever it takes for you to be a success. Your success in network marketing is your responsibility and not your upline or your company. Their are few upline leaders out their that want to keep their success secrets to themselves and not share them with their team. I never understand why a successful upline coach and mentor would ever do this! Being a successful upline coach myself, I would never keep my secrets to myself. I will always share them with my leaders and anyone else who is willing to listen. Just remember! If you are not at the level of success that you know you should be at, then do your research and find out what other effective ways their are to build a successful network marketing organization and go out and make it happen.
