2. Team Builder Bonuses

You are rewarded for sponsoring new customers. Ambit Energy will pay you $100 ever time you sponsor a new consultant onto your team and help the new consultant to enroll 4 customers within their first 4 weeks.

3. Customer Residual Income

Ambit Energy will pay you for every active customer in your organization through six levels. The more your customers use, the more you get paid.

4. Consultant Leadership Bonuses

Leadership bonuses are paid to unlimited levels of your organization and reach up to $240 for every new consultant that enrolls four customers in their first 4 weeks.

5. Customer Residual Bonuses

Every time you get a new consultant, you will receive a monthly residual bonus on that customer up through unlimited levels. Customer Residual Bonuses range from 0.50 to $2.00 and are paid on every active customer every month.

Ambit Marketing Training

Based on the information provided on the internet, not much was mentioned about training. On the Ambit Energy website there was a brief mention about talking to family, friends and associates, basically getting your list of 100 people you know and trying to sell him or her on the ambit energy product. Of course, if you are good with sells, then this should not be problem for you, but most people who start a home business, are not salesman. So, what happens to the majority of folks are have little to no sales skills? How do they market the products and who is training them to market the Ambit Energy products?

Conclusion:

Based on what I have seen, my belief is that Ambit Energy has a good business model, not unlike many of the other network marketing companies out there, other than maybe the products being sold.

So, overall there is no problem with the company, but what is a problem, and could be a problem for most people who join is that Ambit Energy does not provide much training for their new marketing consultants. This leads to many Ambit reps not being properly prepared to do business in Ambit Energy.

If a company does not provide the proper training to its salesperson, it will be difficult to generate success. This is where a marketing system can help.

A marketing system will not only train the Ambit consultants on how to market their business and its products, but it will also train them on how to generate leads. Essentially, by using a marketing system, here is what should be taught:

1. How to generate leads and prospects.
2. How to build relationships with those leads and prospects.
3. How to market to those prospects.

If Ambit Energy provided such a marketing system, the company might see an decrease in the attrition rate, which is a big problem in the network marketing industry.

What is even better, a marketing system will also provide income for the Ambit Energy consultants, so that they are generating cash flow to fund their business and even a way to walk away from their jobs, if this is what they want. So, why aren't more network marketing companies offering such training? I ask myself this question all the time. By having such a system, more Ambit Energy consultants would be successful, which means they would more than likely stay with Ambit Energy and overall help with Ambit Energy's bottom line.
