Conclusion:

Basically, in looking back at what I have seen, I think that the opportunity Gano Excel has to offer is a good one. The products look good and although it is pretty standard, the compensation also looks good. The one thing that I say that I believe is an area that needs work is the training of distributors. I believe that the opportunity needs to give its reps a better chance at success by training them properly. Marketing the company and products is, more often not going to work. Why? Most people don't like to be sold to. The one thing every business, no matter if you are using the internet or doing the belly-to-belly type marketing, a distributor should be marketing herself or himself. The reason is, the individual personalities within each distributor, is the one thing that is going to separate one person's business in Gano Excel from another person who happens to also be a member in Gano Excel.

The thing to keep in mind is people join people, not businesses. This is why it is so important that the distributors focus on learning how to market themselves. But, in saying this, I will also add that Gano Excel is not much different than most other direct selling companies. Most companies teach their reps to use the same or similar "old school" marketing styles; i.e. chase family and friends, cold-calling, purchasing leads, and more. Although these methods work for some, they don't work for most. There are online trainng systems and offline trainings systems that will anyone, no matter what business you are in, how to market yourself. We refer to this style of marketing as "Attraction Marketing". More on this subject later.
